Crocheted pillows are a nice way to make crochet part of your life. Free pattern - Crocheted boot cuffs

Boot cuffs are underrated accessories. Adding a cuff to you boots can make your feet warm and fashion-wise they can make your outfit look more fun.
These crocheted cuffs look even more fun than the traditional knitted socks and cuffs. Add them to your plain basic outfit and boots and voila you have instantly added a nice color pop to your outfit.
Crochet-wise, they are a quick project done in maximum 30 minutes and last you forever. The best thing is that you probably don't need to buy yarn for this project and use whatever leftover yarn you have at home.

Free pattern Friday!!!! Crocheted top with ripples

From this Friday I am gonna post a free pattern every week. Not mine patterns, but other people's free pattern that I think are pretty and you might use them for a quick weekend crochet project.

This weeks pattern is the Circus Top from Trish Young. It has been recently added to Ravlery and I think it is very cute, versatile  and fun project to be crocheted. If you use cotton thread you can wear it during the summer and winter over a long sleeve t-shirt.
If you check Trish Young Ravelry Designer page you can see nice patterns over there.

Beaded crocheted top and a free pattern

I do love this beaded crocheted top from Free People. Sure, it is very artistic, but worn over a plain t-shirt or top it will take your outfit to another level... This is an easy project, can be done by a beginner crocheter and considering that there are a lot of chain crochets, it should be a quick crocheted project...you just need the will to do it...and also have the time to put all those beads on your thread :D

There is already a free pattern for a similar crochet top here: Summer Chain Top

Asos VS Jenifer :D and a free crochet pattern

Cute dress! It reminds me a lot of the Jenifer Aniston's dress that she wore on the set of  the movie "Just go with it". I am not trying to compare and say which is better or cuter, both of the dresses look pretty good.
There is a free crochet pattern for the Jenifer's dress at Alinutza's blog here.

DIY - Mango Cable Crochet Bag

Materials: Blue Plarn (Plastic bag Yarn), 1 zipper and rope.

For the body follow the free instructions for the Rustic bag by L. G. Develluk. In order to make this Mango bag don't follow the instructions for the Felting and Handles. After you are done with this pattern, sew the rope so you can use it as a handle and sew the zipper.
p.s. in order to open this pattern you need to be a Ravelry user. If you are not already a user, don't worry, just sign up and you will be able to open it.

I do not own the right for this pattern and I do not have any plans of making money out of this pattern.

DIY - Stella McCartney bag //

As I said in the post before, Stella McCartney's bags are not that hard to make. This project requires beginners crocheting skills.
You can use the free pattern for the Natural Clutch by Bernat Design Studio. This pattern already has two flowers attached. If you want to add more flowers Garnstudio has the right ones for this project.  After you have attached the flowers to the clutch then sew a chain at the edge around the clutch.

DIY - Kylie Minogue Crochet Dress

For those of you who know how to crochet then the Kylie Minogue dress is a great project for you. The pattern is not very well written and it is in Russian  but that shouldn't stop you. Just use Google Translate and have a good look at the picture and you wouldn't need any help.

Pattern: Kylie Minogue Crochet dress

Google Translate.

My Free Patterns-Plarn curtain

Did you know that I have published free patterns?
I have added new pages to my blog so you can easily access them.

One of them is my very first project that I ever did and the one that helped me learn a lot about crocheting.

It is my Plarn Curtain. For those of that don't know, plarn is yarn made form plastic bags.

image uploaded by jkbiberstein

Well, jkbiberstein (that's her nick name on Flickr)  made this curtain and I like it very much. I love the red color that she used for it.
You can see more pictures here and here.

Blue Imagination Hat and free pattern

I was so interested in making the red hat that I saw over at Incoknito's blog. And I wasn't the only one. Many tried before me to make up the pattern. All of them are great and I like them but I think that Goce's version is most like the original.

I got inspired and I created my own version.
I know that it is not like the original but I like this version, too.

Also, I wrote the pattern and instead of writing the words I drew a graphic of the pattern for the shells and took a picture of it. I hope you understand it.

This pattern needs only one skein. How neat is that?
