My Crocheted projects that deserve better pictures

These are new crocheted things .made by me...I don't have any decent pictures...and they really deserve quality pictures and maybe even outfit photos...for now here they are...two cowl scarfs and one crocheted top. The top specially deserves more attention from me..I need to block it and then wear it and take good photos...You will see how beautiful it is after the blocking process...cause right now it looks too crunched up and very messy.

Kate Spade Crochet Circle Scarf...OMG!!! the price is unbeleavable

I can't believe my eyes!!!! Is the price right??!!?! What were they thinking when they set the price to $158.00 . First of all  I don't consider this thing to be a scarf, second what would make you buy this scarf? The innovation of using crocheted circles for a scarf? Sure, I have seen some nice scarfs that have circles included in them, but this is just not the right thing to do. 

Also, paying this money means that probably it is very hard to be crocheted and then I would say: "Ok, I don't like it but it is not that easy to be crocheted so I can say that the price is bearable". When I see this Kate Spade Crocheted Scarf I immediately think of easy and fast crochet, beginners level...nothing more!

Crochet pins of the week - artistic crochet pieces

This weeks crochet pins are very artistic. I have never done anything similar to these pieces, it is not because I don't find the interesting or pretty to look at, but it is because I don't have to courage to wear something like this in public.

This is a scarf that i have crocheted last year, but finally had the chance to take a photo so I can show it to you. It is an infinity scarf, lately I have been obsessed with them.

Crocheted Block Stitch Cowl Scarf

Remember when i posted about the Marc Jacobs scarf? 

I liked the block stitch pattern very much and I seemed to end up doing few things in this pattern...I am wondering if I could make a hat also....

Here is my take on the the scarf...As I said before I thought that it was too bulky ...and I followed my thoughts on it and made a small cowl neck scarf....I have to say that I love the end result.

I know that it looks like it is too short, but there are invisible buttons on it.

Hot or Not - Marc Jacobs crocheted scarf and it's copy..or the original.....I am not sure...

I love the stitch that was used for this scarf. But I am not sure if they needed to make it so big. It is huge!!!!!!! instead I would make it a bit smaller, probably as a infinity scarf and it wouldn't look as bulky as this one.

What makes it more interesting this scarf seemed familiar to me...then I remembered that i saw something similar in the Inside Crochet magazine (the September 2012 issue!!!)...I don't know who is copying who, but it is and interesting thing that they both lunched it at about the same time.

Многу ми се допаѓа бодот кој се користи за овој шал. Мислам дека нема потреба шалот да биде толку голем, меѓутоа тоа е личен вкус. Интересното нешто е што Marc Jacobs  го продава овој шал под свое име, а истовремено се појави и шема под името Patty Wrap. Кој кого копира незнам, ама очигледно е дека се работи за сличен дизајн.
