I bought new wire and I was so anxious to try it. I thought that it would go easy and I was wrong. It's not so easy to make the stitches even. And I saw so many beautiful examples (gold earrings, silver bracelet, and this necklace) of wire crochet. Take a look at the entire Yael
Let's see how I did.
--The red granny square - I did it a year ago and I loved it. It wasn't going easy but the end result was satisfying. Too bad that I didn't have enough wire so I can make another one and finish the earrings that I wanted to make.
--Blue circles - I made the circles and I thought that it's not perfect but I am getting there. Just need a little practise.
--Crocheted flowers-Because I felt confident with the flowers I tried doing flowers. The silver one turned out to be absolute mess and the blue one also.OK, the blue one seems better, but it is far from something that you would say that is a nice work.
Then I felt like it is time to try my cardigan.
You can see that it is far from being finished but I have one sleeve finished, the second one is at the end, the body needs to be longer (about 3cm) and I have to finish it with one row of single crochet.
Sorry for the picture. I rotated it several times and the computer doesn't want to listen to me. Also, this is actually outside day light on both pics.
